Ordering rules

Mix and match the 6-sweet Cake Box (Rs 130) and 8-sweet Cake Box (Rs 150), with a combined minimum of 15 boxes across both options. Each sweet item has a minimum of 10 pieces if selected. The overall loose-sweets order must be at least 20 pieces. Both Cake Box sizes together require at least 15 boxes. Normal orders take up to 3 days to prepare. Bulk orders of 50 or more pieces/boxes get an automatic 5% discount on the entire order total (including packaging and delivery), need 5 days’ advance notice and take 3 days to prepare. Your discounted final total and 50% deposit appear in the checkout summary.

How ordering works.

Choose your sweets

Choose from 10 homemade sweet varieties (minimum 10 pieces per chosen sweet; minimum 20 loose pieces overall), or select either of the 2 Cake Box sizes (minimum 15 boxes combined).

Choose Pickup or Delivery

Choose Saturday or Sunday, then Morning or Afternoon for pickup or delivery. Home pickup is free. Delivery: Flacq (Rs 100), Bagatelle / Réduit / Ébène / Curepipe (Rs 150), and Phoenix / Rose Belle (Rs 175).

Send & confirm

Choose packaging for your loose sweets, then send the order on WhatsApp. Your final amount and 50% deposit are displayed before you send your order, including an automatic 5% bulk discount when eligible. We confirm date availability and payment instructions.

Normal orders: up to 3 days

Preparation takes up to 3 days, so please order at least 3 days in advance. Choose your preferred Saturday or Sunday up to 6 months ahead, with a Morning or Afternoon slot. We will confirm availability on WhatsApp.

Bulk orders (50+): 3 days' preparation

Notify us at least 5 days in advance. Your 5% bulk discount is automatically deducted from the full order total, including packaging and delivery. See the final price and 50% deposit at checkout.

What's the minimum order?

For individual sweets, order at least 10 pieces of each variety you select and at least 20 loose sweets in total. For Cake Boxes, the minimum is 15 boxes combined; you can mix the 6-sweet and 8-sweet box sizes.

Which dates and time slots can I choose?

Both home pickup and delivery are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. Choose an upcoming weekend date, up to 6 months ahead, using the date cards, then select Morning or Afternoon. The dates refresh automatically. Your preferred date and slot are confirmed with us on WhatsApp.

How early should I place my order?

Regular orders take approximately 3 days to prepare, so please give at least 3 days' notice. Orders of 50 or more pieces/boxes are bulk orders: preparation still takes around 3 days, but we require 5 days' advance notice. You're welcome to choose a weekend several weeks or months ahead.

What are the pickup and delivery charges?

Home pickup is free; collection details are shared when the order is confirmed. Delivery charges are Flacq — Rs 100; Bagatelle, Réduit, Ébène and Curepipe — Rs 150; and Phoenix and Rose Belle — Rs 175. Choose the appropriate area in the order form. Delivery availability is confirmed on WhatsApp.

What packaging choices are available?

Standard takeaway packaging is selected by default at Rs 10 per pack of up to 10 loose sweets. You may upgrade packs to Rs 30 or Rs 40 Fancy Boxes. For home pickup only, you can optionally select No Packaging — Bring Your Own Container! for Rs 0 loose-sweets packaging. That option is never selected automatically and is unavailable for delivery. Cake Boxes already include their packaging.

How do the Cake Boxes work?

Choose a 6-sweet Cake Box for Rs 130 or an 8-sweet Cake Box for Rs 150. You can mix both sizes to reach the 15-box minimum; for example, 10 boxes of one size and 5 of the other.

Do bulk orders receive a discount?

Yes. Once the order reaches 50 pieces/boxes, the website automatically applies a 5% Bulk Order Discount to the total, including sweets, packaging and delivery. The summary shows your savings, final price and deposit immediately; there's no need to request a separate bulk-price quotation.

How much deposit do I pay?

A 50% deposit is required for all orders. The website calculates the amount from your final total, including any packaging, delivery charges and applicable 5% bulk discount. Payment instructions are provided on WhatsApp when we confirm your order; the website itself does not collect payment.

Can I edit my order before sending it?

Yes. Use the small + and − controls in your order summary to adjust quantities, or the bin icon to remove a product. You can also use Undo immediately after removing something. The total, discount and deposit update automatically.

How do I confirm my order? What is the order reference?

After completing the form, check the Final Order Review, which includes your sweets, packaging, date, time slot and price. The website generates an order reference to identify your enquiry. Select Continue to WhatsApp and press Send there. An order is not confirmed just by generating a reference or opening WhatsApp; we personally confirm the details, availability and deposit instructions.

Can I add a note or special request?

Yes. Use the optional Order Notes field during checkout. Your message is included in the WhatsApp enquiry, and we'll discuss what can be accommodated when confirming the order.
